HP Fit Camps are for everyone... men and women, ages 12 to 102!
We specialize in burning fat and building muscle by combining weight lifting,
cardio, circuit work and HIIT workouts.
Monday- Friday: 4:45 AM, 5:45 AM, 7:15 AM, 8:15 AM
4:30 PM, 5:30 PM
Open Gym: Weekdays 7:00 AM - 11:00 AM & 4:30-6:30 PM
